Mineral Water Treatment System
l Normally the ultra-filtration is used to produce mineralized water and spring water. Driven by pressure, it is a process of discharging impurity through different diameter hole on the ultra filtration membrane. At present, the hollow-fiber type are widely used in water treatment industry.
l Ultra-filtration is a pressure driven membrane separation technology. The aim of the technology is to separate macromolecules and small molecules whose membrane pore size is between 20-1000A. Hollow Fiber Ultra-filter has the advantages of high density and compact structure.
l In the ultra filtration process, the water depth is driven by hydraulic pressure and flows through the membrane surface. The ultra filtration process is a dynamic filtration, separation is accomplished in the mobilization state. Solute in the membrane surface is only a limited deposition, the ultra filtration rate to a certain degree of attenuation tends to balance, and can be restored by cleaning.

Detailed Information
1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.
2. Sand filter--get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect.
3. Active carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.
4. sodium ion exchanger --exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5. Precision filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into UF membrane, accuracy is 5um,
6. ultra-filtration system—It combines effect of ultrafiltration membrane surface by a mechanical screening,  membrane pores block and membrane surface and hole's adsorption . Mainly used for sieving .
