How the water treatment system works?

What’s the structure of our water treatment system?

According to the customer requirements and the source water quality, we adopt different equipment to produce pure water, mineral water, etc. The main equipment are silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, reverse osmosis, UV sterilizer, precision filter, water tank, etc. The treatment capacity is 0.5-50 ton/hour. It can effectively get rid of muddy organic matter, iron, manganese and oxide, filter suspended substance, colloid, remained oxygen of microorganism and some of heavy metal ion in the water, reduce the hardness of the water to make all specifications of the water quality fully meet the state fresh water standard of fresh drink water.

Features:
1). We can design and produce the water treatment system according to customer's raw water quality report or customer requirement with World health organization living instant-drinking water standard.
2). All the valves, pipeline will be with stainless steel SUS304 , with compact structure.
3). All the machine will be PLC controlled, can be operated automatically, and also have installed with conductivity meter
monitor, pressure gauge and flow meter. All the parameter in the machine can be monitored easily.

1）Water Pump

Requested access to the system's raw water has a stable flow and pressure, its purpose is to prevent water fluctuations have an impact on the system operation to ensure the stability of the system into the water.

2）Sand Filter & Carbon Filter

The use of multi-medium quartz sand filters, main purpose is to remove the water contains sediment, manganese, rust, colloid material, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other particles in the above 20UM of substances hazardous to health.

Activated carbon filters used to remove the pigment in the water, smell, a large number of chemical and biological organisms, reducing the residual value of water and pesticide pollution and other harmful pollutants.

3）Reverse Osmosis

Using reverse osmosis technology for desalination, reverse osmosis membrane was only 0.001 micron pore size, can be harmful to remove dissolved solids and bacteria, viruses, etc.,

4）UV Sterilizer

When microorganisms are irradiated by ultraviolet light, their proteins and nucleic acids absorb ultraviolet spectral energy,
leading to protein denaturation and microbial death. The ultraviolet ray has certain penetrating ability to the clean transparent water, therefore can cause the water disinfection. Ultraviolet ray sterilization cannot change the physical and chemical properties of water, sterilization speed, high efficiency, no odor, so it is widely used.
