Features

4 Steps Bottle Washing

To keep 5 gallon bottles clean thoroughly, Reliable specially design the rinsing part into 4 steps: 1st & 2nd is disinfectant rinsing, 3rd is recycled water rinsing, 4th is clean water rinsing. Recycled water rinser can choose to heating to 80-90℃. Every stages rinsing time can be adjusted, they are controlled by Siemens PLC.

Gravity Filler

The 5 gallon filling machine works reliably and efficiently based on the compact structure and high automatic technology. It is the fully automatic barreled water producing equipment combined with machine, electronic and pneumatic components.

Advantage features

Machine body and all pipes are made of SUS304. Door and frame are all made of SUS304 combined with nano glass to reduce the chance of glass damage during transportation.
Electric box is installed inside of the filling machine, saving more factory space. Set red emergency stop button to strengthen security. External air box is provided, convenient for observing the air volume outside and more neat. PLC is Siemens brand, and all other electrical brands are Siemens, Schneider and same level famous brands.
