Brief Introduction
PET bottles have become indispensable for packaging a wide range of consumer products. Our blow molding machines are customizable so that you can produce PET bottles of different shapes and capacities. Our blowing machines suit the production of round, square, oval, asymmetric, trigger, flask, or flat bottles from PET preforms.
This automactic blowing machine is able to produce bottle types including 330ml-550ml, 500ml-750ml, 1000-2000ml and so on. RM series blow molding machines are convenient and fast, have large molding capacity and are widely used in many industries.
1. The machine use continuous rotation system with multiple safety protection devices to ensure the high speed preform feeding.
2. Horizontal rotation transfer system make the construction and maintenance more easy, reduce cost of spare part change.
3. Compact preform heating distance design for efficient heating and reduce energy consumption.
4. Optimize oven air draft and preform surface cooling. Reversible heating box make it more easy to change lamp.
5. Mould closing adopts CAM linkage, no chain plate pin shaft make it small volume and long lift.
6. Servo motor for moving the preform into mould, ensure fast speed and accurate positioning.
7. Servo motor is used to drive the drawing and blowing station, equipped with high speed precision blowing valve set to achieve high production requirements.
8. High pressure recycle system reduce power consumption.
9. Using the transfer part for preform holder, can work for different kinds of neck bottle.

Mould of Bottle, #45 steel with good quality of CNC manufacture, Customize by your request, Equip with Air cooling or Chiller.The cast-molded clamping table not only has high durability and small deformation, but also improves the stability of the machine. Engineering software analyzes and optimizes the clamping system to ensure fast movement and superior rigidity. Clamping unit with high pressure compensation design guarantees perfect final PET bottle quality.
The double cylinder stretching unit is standard equipment of the machine, which ensures fast stretching and long stretching distance. Linear slides make the stretching action smoother and faster.
The patented preform separation unit ensures the compatibility of the machine for bottles of different specifications, and at the same time helps the machine to improve the production speed of blowing.
The advanced air circulation heating design can keep the temperature accurate and uniform, which is the key to the production of high-quality plastic bottles. In a specially-designed oven, the lamps can be adjusted to a horizontal or vertical position, ensuring that the drying tunnel can accommodate preforms of various sizes.
