1.Establish Connection & Joint Hands

Reliable and client firstly made contact in December, 2018 with the client to understand the demands and requirements, and to conduct exclusive analysis and discussion on the water project including all machinery Blowing Machine, Water Purifier System, Bottle Filling Machine, Labeling Machine, Packing line, during which we established the mutual trust.

2.First & Second Sign Contract(integrated water production line)

2019, through a period of contact, the customer has established enough trust with us, and instead of coming to China to see our factory, they have adopted a more time-saving and labor-saving way - visiting the factory through video. It took 3 months to confirm the first cooperation with us---4000bph small bottle water production line and 400bph 10L water production line.

2020, after the customer received the machine and got profits, they rapidly expanded the market in Senegal, resulting in a shortage of supply. After feeling the quality of our machines and professional service, they purchased a second production line from us in 2021--- 12000bph small bottle water production line and 800bph 10L water production line.

4.Manufacture Tracking & Quality Control

Each equipment is custom manufactured on the basis of customer’s factory voltage and bottle sizes, production under the supervision of the quality inspection department, strictly guarantee the quality of each machine, from automatic bloiwng machine to automatic packing machine.

5.Testing & Delivery

From production to machine connection and testing, to customer on-site inspection, to packaging and delivery, Reliable Machinery carry out quality control in the whole process, strictly guarantee the quality.

6.On-site Debugging & Complete Installation

In 2022, under the increasingly severe situation of the epidemic, Reliable Machinery still managed to send engineers to help client with machine testing, debugging and training, which successfully made the equipment run more smoothly and greatly improved the production capacity mainly for water filling machine and blowing machine. In order to improve efficiency, our engineers will issue debugging content every day for us and customers to verify.
